Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SMM, Ads, Analytics)
  • Ability to plan and manage social media calendars
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console & Google Ads
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
  • Good communication and content-writing skills
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms
  • Develop monthly content calendars
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
  • Coordinate with designers to produce marketing creatives
  • Write captions, ad copy, and basic blog content
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads or Google Ads campaigns
